I've been in two different times and each time the employees is too worried about flirting with customers and ignoring potential paying customers. You shouldn't make eye contact 4 times and still not get acknowledged until you interrupt and ask a question

2 out of the 4 times ive been here they had the door locked during open hours (afternoon)
and just now (12:10pm) same thing and the owner was standing by the register watching me stand outside and wait. he never came to let me in so i left and will not return. the store is decent as far as selection but WAY overpriced, unnecessarily high markup. Im from California and am used to high prices, and these prices were even higher so I didnt buy any glass. Way better shops in town, look around!

Everyone needs to ask for Caleb so he can assist you with all your vape need. He is very helpful and patient. He makes sure you know what you are doing before you leave the shop. Awesome experience

I don't know if you read this but I hope you do. I'm new to the CBD scence so I just need to know the how-too's on the oils, edibles, etc. I did purchase some things but not one time was anything explained. I'll come back because I like your business but maybe at another time later in the afternoon when or if your employee's shift change. I'm not trying to be critical or criticize, I just needed a little help.

Been buying stuff on and off from this place over a year. It’s a head shop, that sells vape supplies...that being said...every set of batteries/coils I buy from them are defective. I tried to exchange them once and the girl working acted like it wasn’t their problem and told me vape items come, “As is.”
A couple weeks ago I went in to get some coils, out of desperation and the little girl working was WASTED. Falling over, stumbling, not hearing what I was saying wasted.
Original guy who worked there when I started coming was pretty decent, cut me some deals because I frequented and spent money in there...haven’t seen him for a while.
Save your money and go to a more reputable shop.

Not only is Caleb very knowledgeable with every single he has in the store for sale but he makes the entire experience such a pleasant one. He is friendly, very polite, and very patient and makes sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave this store.

Cool smoke shop. Staff is friendly and laid back. Has a little bit of everything. From pipes to vapes to kratom and cbd to any smoking accessory you could want. It's a one stop shop for anything smoke. But they are a bit on the pricey side.

Me and my boyfriend went in today for me to get a vape the lady was very unprofessional when two customers came in she stopped helping me to chit chat with other customers while in the middle of me asking her how to set the batteries it's like I had to figure out everything by myself very unimpressed from my first buy I've used the shop in the mall which the guy was very helpful but the lady that is at your shop beside heavenly Ham today not so much I will not be going back to the stores location whomever the woman was that was working this morning I'm not sure if her name but she needs better customer service manners
