Amazing! Jason and Roach are the best! We went in for a hookah. Had a hard time deciding so they were extremely helpful and super professional and friendly. Made sure we got what we wanted and did not make us feel rushed or like we were taking up their time instead they offered some tips on what is best for the hookah we purchased!

Have been going here for a while and it's been a good experience. But as of 2/14 things changed I was treated poorly by an employee names James. He clearly seen my vape was leaking oil but told me their policy was as long as it burns they can't take it back. I showed him through recipets how much I've spent on vapes with them ($896.23) over time his response was its not his problem.

Roberto attended me with a friendly attitude as soon as i entered the store. He gave me a great introduction on pipes and bowls. He even gave a good deal on a small bowl/pipe and some free filters on the house. This store has great service and quality products.
