They were all extremely helpful, pleasant to speak with, patient and informative. Emerson and Roberto have taken care of me while purchasing multiple times so this was not just one good experience... this is every time. Jay showed me the exact same character while speaking with him on the phone multiple times. He was also extremely patient and pleasant and If he has anything to do with the hiring process... he hires the right people which also shows good judge of character and doesn’t just hire any Joe Schmo.
