Bought a small accessory from Art of Smoke, they're right around the corner and super convenient. Got home and noticed the piece had a small hairline crack in it. I brought it back and the gentleman swapped it out for one of greater value due to us discovering all of the same accessories I had purchased earlier were cracked. Great guy, I really appreciate the service every time.
