The Proper Pipe sets a great standard for small business smoke shops, hosting events and offering competitive pricing. Among other points of excellence is their helpful and knowledgeable staff. The owner is very present and involved in offering fair and honest advice. I primarily visit the shop for Juul products and smoking accessories. By far the least expensive I’ve paid for a juul kit/skin. They also have great hours of operation that cater to my work schedule.

Overall a great experience going there, the owner was super knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection was awesome as well, they had a decent selection of headies and american blown glass. I picked up a waterpipe at a great price and am super happy with it.
