I hit these guys up for a piece; it has been the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. My muller was shipped with 4 separate layers of bubble wrapping mixed with Peanuts, 2 separate boxes, and came with the pelican. Very pleased with this purchase and will definitely shop with them again!

However, after spending months visiting different Smoke Shops in the state of Florida, it would be negligent to not inform the public that hands down, the Proper Pipe is by far, if not, the BEST Smoke Shop in the state! The professionalism, product knowledge, atmosphere and customer service provided by Austin (the Owner) and Spencer (the Manager) are beyond reproach! This Smoke Shop is a must visit! The owner used his personal time on his only day off to call me and reconcile an issue I had, he invited me back to the shop to exchange my gear and change my mind. I have a learned a valuable lesson, never write a google review when you’re having a bad day. 10/10 experience.
