Terribly customer service. Bought a delta 8 pen and tried it out to make sure it worked and it didn’t. Asked to trade it in for another one that worked and was told I couldn’t because I just didn’t charge it at all. A day later and 12 hours of it on the charger and it’s still not working. Waste of $40 this place sucks

I could sit here and tell you in detail about my horrible experience at the store but it’s honestly a waste of time. I spent quite a bit of money at the store over the past month and I will never go back. The man was very rude to me and called me a liar.

Website mentions tobacco shop/products but they don't actually
carry any loose tobacco or tubes to roll your own. They do have a few brands of cigaretres for sale so I bought an overpriced ($8.90) pack of Marlboro that are extremely stale. Sales person was friendly but a bit pushy wanting me to purchase CBD products or e-cigs. Only place google mentioned being open on Sunday that carried what I wanted but didn't. Wish I hadn't gone out of my way for stale, expensive cigarettes.

This is the store of brightness ,neat and clean.they have a lot of collection of vape items.they have nicotine disposable,delta 8 disposable ,cartige,and pen ,all vape devices and e liquid juice ,salt nics....I think, you will get all of your vape items from them.In Addison, price are reasonable.I am 100 % recommend this smoke shop .
