Pebblebrooke Smoke and vape

Bought a Juul from the older lady a couple of days ago. Tried to turn on the device and it wouldn’t work; so I charged it for an hour and then three more and it still wouldn’t work.I went today to see if I could get an exchange or refund and she was nothing but rude. Customer service needs to be improved before it’s too late. Also the policy that one has to try the product in store doesn’t make sense as the Juul needs to be charged before use.

This is exactly what we needed out here! I'm so glad we have now a smoke shop to head to without needing to go to golden gate or bonita for supplies. I was able to get all what I needed with help of the very kind lady managing the store. Extremely happy with the service provided and I will be back for more.

I have been to pebblebrook vape 3 times now and every time I have been more than happy! Very friendly staff, clean and bright store, and they even gave me a water bottle

all the disposable vapes are over priced.. i had a vape clamming to have 3k puffs malfunction on me that i paid 32$ for and they told me to contact the manufacturer? never heard a of a vape store doing that. you sold me a messed up vape so replace it? what kind of customer service is that.

Very clean and nice, the staff is super nice and very helpful. Very great place for whatever your smoke needs are. Would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out they have some amazing deals going on right now!

Just had my first experience at this shop and it was wonderful. I live close by so its fantastic to have a shop thats closer to where I live. Very clean and organized. Staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back more often!

Very awesome shop, I come here SEVERAL times a week and the staff always helps me and is very polite!!! It's also very welcoming in there. Love this place!

They employees are always so helpful and nice. I’ve been in a few times and I love how easy it is to talk to them and ask for help. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.

Let me start with this is a very clean vape shop. They have a variety of really good juices. If you are a newbie when it comes to vaping this shop is not for you. I am not sure why they would staff the shop with staff who do not vape or have knowledge when it comes to vape products. I was really excited this vape shop opened up right near but unfortunately after a third time of products malfunctioning and no help, I will not be back. The lady that works there is very sweet, but again if you are new to vaping she does not know her stuff. I purchased two vape products Novo 2 and Novo X both products were producing burnt taste. I called and asked the shop to help me understand if it’s something I am doing wrong or is it something with the vape itself-Again this is where knowledge about products come in handy. I was helped by the lady (manager) looking at YouTube videos and doing the exact same thing I did. I was clearly frustrated. I asked to exchange the vape I just bought for a different product since obviously I wasn’t being helped and I have purchased a lot already from them (replacement pods, juices, two vapes, etc) No exchange for a different product or refund. I am now stuck with two vapes that I bought that clearly aren’t working properly and no knowledge on what is going on. If you go to any other vape shop, the staff know their products and if you aren’t happy they at least exchange the product that better suites your need. Again clean place, variety of vape juices...but if your new to vaping stay away.

With my old vape store being out of my favorite vape juice for weeks I decided to stop into Pebblebrooke Smoke & Vape to see what they had. Amazingly they had my juice and for far cheaper than my old vape store. They have a huge stock of disposable vapes, and Linda is the sweetest lady who is beyond helpful. This is my new store and I love them!
