This place is the truth. They have a fantastic selection of all tabaccoo products and accessories, and the customer service is by far the best in Jacksonville. Definitely my number 1 place to purchase all my vape accessories, trust me if they don't have it you don't need it

TJ smoke shop is by and far the best place in town for tobacco, vape and gift selection. Well established, lots of product variety - not one of those weak startup shops with a puny selection and jacked prices - the staff sercvice is excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Summer is who I usually encounter and her customer service skills are remarkable.

Tjâs shop has been my go to spot since I moved into the area. I recently purchased a vaporizer as a gift for myself, however upon first opening and use the product was faulty and leaking water. Ran up and talked with TJ and summer that I was unable to contact the company to utilize the manufacture warranty and that there website was also no longer available. The girls in the shop then continued to try and contact the company directly and there personal supplier. Unfortunately the company was no longer in business. Now In most situations I would be pretty much out over $200 but the fact that I had just purchased and had all of these issues Tj went out of his way to make sure I received a discount on a future product of my choice. This time we went with Puffco Peak Pro and I can not say enough good things about this product and I highly recommend it to anyone trying to decide what vaporizer or company to go with. Most of all though I highly recommend taking the time and going inside this shop. They will literally go way out of there way to make sure they provide you with the best experience possible. No matter where I live in this area I will always take the extra drive just to come to this local shop because of there service and making sure I always leave happy.
