High Prices Could use more coconut flavor Informative staff CBD location

It was good. Prices are a little high but no different then any where else. Their vape mix I had made could've used more coconut flavor. But, all and all the staff was informative and even went to their CBD location located around the back side.

Poor Customer Service Unauthorized Charges Disputing with Bank

Beginning of December 2021 I made my first visit to Vape Cave. After my purchase I noticed that the transaction was pending for 10 days then fell off & credited back to my debit card. (This happens when purchases aren’t verified with Visa) …Upon my next visit I told the clerk what happened and he seemed indifferent. I made another purchase & the same thing happened. 10 days pending then fell off; so I told them a second time that I wasn’t getting charged when I went in for my 3rd visit.

Flash forward TWO months & now this business has pushed batch sales dating back months ago into LAST year. It’s not as if I didn’t make a purchase; in fact I acknowledged TWICE I wasn’t being charged. This has now resulted in massive overdrafts as I presumed after 8-9 weeks that I wouldn’t expect a charge any longer. The most recent batch that was pushed on 01/31 doesn’t even have the dates of the original transactions so I cannot verify with my receipts. The other time they did this was 01/18; THOSE receipts have the applicable dates.

I caution ANY customer that this business & its owners Dion & Mia WILL keep your card info and run it whenever they feel fit. Even if it is 2 months after the fact. I will be disputing with my bank, namely as they cannot produce dates in which I made my purchases.

Do not buy from these people, they clearly do not know how to own/operate a retail store. How can you expect customers to foot a bill that is literally months old?

Amazing product selection Awesome employees Great customer service

Amazing product selection and awesome employees! About 5-6 months ago I went in, one of the guys went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Went back again the other day, after not seeing this employee since then, and he tells me "haven't seen you for a while, how is that mod working out for you?" Amazing he remembers me after so long!

Credit Card Fraud Rude Employees Poor Customer Service

This place stole my credit card info. I see charges on my bank account more than a month later. Bank made it right, luckily.
Employees act like you're interrupting their all day break by walking in and wanting to buy something. One female employee in particular was so rude when asked simple questions, I will not be back. Rolling your eyes when asked about a juice is inappropriate.
Owners need to care about their biz.

Great service and knowledge about all products! Even recommended me a product that I was appreciative of because normally when I go into these places, I have to ask them what they recommend if I want to try anything new. Nope, this guy was on it! Plus I loved the juice he recommended so that's a huge plus too!

Defective product Poor customer service

I bought a vape for 45 bucks on Wednesday March 16 at 830p. By Friday the 18th of March it quit working. I took it back and after the guy messed with it very little vapor came out to none and the battery kept blinking red. He said they cant replace it because it is working with only a faint amount of vapor comes out. This is the 2nd one I bought that doesnt work or isnt working like it should. Don't waste your money

Overpriced Poor Customer Service Bad Return Policy

If you're in the mood to throw away your money for absolutely nothing useable this is your store. They will sell you overpriced junk and then give you the run around on returns. Asking their employee for any info or help is about as good as asking a wall to open up and let you threw. Not recommended for anything past aggravation and disappointment.

Poor Customer Service False Promises Lack of Availability

I used to love this store. Spent $200 on a rig about 2 years ago. After about a year I started having problems getting replacement coils. So they talked me into getting a new rig for $70. They said the coils were available. now I can't get the coils or there house juice. I can get the coils from their competition so I'm not going back.
