Rude staff and I had over $150 spent in-store and they will not acknowledge my credits through my five star program that they're supposed to have. They are not true to there word and overpriced on juice compared to other more friendly vape stores here in pueblo. I recommend u shop elsewhere if u dont want to be ripped off

Very great customer service honestly was a very good environment, I had help from a gentleman name phil, personally I Don't know much about mods. But I recently just purchased a mod, it was a Smok Mag kit, with a mbyc, product was amazing. I highly recommend coming to vape cave!,

The clerk at The store was going to save a mode but didn't so had to go elsewhere for the mode I wanted. The store was clean, the clerk's were friendly, but do seem to know what they are talking about when they talk about the modes, juice, and coils.

I just wish I could find a juice I like I vape 3mg nic but the 3mg's I've got are always to strong don't know what it is I get a new coil and it's like it didn't help the harshness overall I hope next time I can find a good flavor not a harsh one they say it dilutes the flavor once you add nicotine I hate to be picky but the 3mg's I get always seem to be harsh and not enjoyable then I end up saying something but it's only been corrected once bluestrawyo in a 3mg was good after she remixed it.. I totally appreciate the effort to satisfy your customers just hope to get some juice that's enjoyable.

#1 vape shop in town! Killer deals and killer employees all the time. Best juice I have ever tasted never been more satisfied I will never go to another vape shop. This place is like my home. You walk in and they are on you quick answer any question you have they let you try any juice on the wall for free. The cool builds these guys give you are fantastic. If your looking for a vape shop in town the vape cave is where it's at! Comfortable environment and everything the even have chips to munch on and drinks if your thirsty.

My friends and I come to the vape cave all the time. I've been to other vape shops in pueblo but the experiences just isn't the same as the vape cave. The workers here are so friendly and helpful and they have plenty of different types of mods and juices. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get supplies for my vape.
The shop has great deals as well. My birthday was coming up and they gave me a free bottle of juice as well as 10% for my purchases on other events.
