Smoke Shop Etc

Very pushy staff, I went in for kratom and they wouldn't let my mom and I leave until we bought vaping products, we got out of there without buying anything else, but left with a bad taste in our mouths. Also they are constantly changing prices, for a week I was paying 14.95 for a bag of kratom then it changed to 19.95, and then back to 15.95, I won't ever go back, I like to patronize places that have a little dignity!

Awesome place. Lots of product, big dude with the beard and tattoos(don’t know his name) is a really cool guy. Just recently got into vaping and he helped me pick everything out and was super judgement free about it.

Amazing shop with an amazing staff. Thorough and helpful customer service. I find it disheartening that almost all negative reviews are being posted by competing smoke and vape shops. Where has integrity gone? If someone's business isn't performing or up to par is the solution to slander your competition? Get to the root of your own problem and fix your own business. Morals and integrity seem to always be an integral part of Smoke Shop Etc's business plan. Maybe one day others will follow suit.

AMAZING.
We walked in and had NO IDEA what we were getting ourselves into. My husband and I knew we wanted to quit smoking cigarettes, and that it was time to switch to a vape. That was the extent of our knowledge.
The manager, the guy with the beard, was one of the most helpful people I have ever met. I'm super bad with names, but we couldn't have asked for a better experience. He spent over an HOUR helping us, maybe even more.
He is so knowledgeable about his products. He walked us step by step through how things worked and showed us everything we needed to know. He helped set up both our mods and explained everything so we were using our vapes and confident in how they worked by the time we left.
Pricing is reasonable. I believe in supporting businesses and realize they also have to profit. You see the product, hold it, inspect it, and don't have to worry about shipping and handling cost or defects.
The selection of flavors is great and I actually find the flavors they carry cheaper than online.
Also, did I mention we live a couple hours away? Well, we do. We will contune to travel here for all our vaping needs! We could not have randomly picked and stumbled into a better store. It's a rare occurrence anymore to have a customer service experience so exceptional that you won't ever forget.

This is a great place to get everything you need! The employees are super friendly and helpful. The prices are good and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Whenvever I come in I am always greated by the staff. My experience is mostly with Joe amd he always asks questiona to get to know you and get you into the perfect piece. He also has great knowlege of how to get things set up amd ready for you to walk out the door.

They have the BEST Kratom ever. I've been taking Kratom for over a year now, I've gotten Kratom from happy hippo, and plenty other of websites. I've gotten Kratom from every smoke shop in town, Kratom bar etc and it does not even compare to the Kratom they have here. I take the green maeng da, one teaspoon and I feel it hard and this is coming from someone who uses Kratom every day, usually it takes alot of Kratom to even get an effect for me. I just discovered them 2 weeks ago and I'm so stoked. There Kratom is unlike any Kratom I've ever had, it's amazing. Not to mention they have the BEST prices and deals. To all of the people who love Kratom, seriously come here. I'm really happy I found this place.
