Beware. Went to get a second vape battery cause I liked the one I got there a week earlier and wanted a second one on hand. They were out of the specific one I wanted but the guy showed me another one that he swore would be a great alternative and it was $38.50 like the one I wanted so I bought it and went home to find out it would not work at all for my atomizer like the clerk swore it would. Went back and the lady in charge would only offer me two pencil like batteries that came to 35 dollars in trade. One lasted 4 days and quit functioning. One thing good came of it is that I found the exact battery that I got from them for $38.50 on Amazon for $ 19.99 so now I get the same product from Amazon for half price from now on.

Absolutely amazing costumer service the staff is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable on all their products and they have a wonderful selection of glass vapes and more they are super up front about everything they sell and are open to opinions about what you buy I bought a cyborg by lost vape and when I went in they told me about the adapter to run the smaller battery’s and I gave it a shot I didn’t like how quick the battery died and how little power it provided they worked with me on the price for the larger battery and we extremely grateful for my review of the mod

Had an amazing experience this evening (03/05/2022). Went in around 6pm only one person working, his name was Shaggy, cool name for the guy manning the smoke shop I must say. He was very busy. Shaggy has obviously been trained in retail because he was incredible. He was greeting every customer very promptly, and working the room like a pro. Identifying needs and he getting people in and out in lightening speed. I was in need of some extra advice with my purchase, he was very knowledgeable and patient with my indecisiveness… I finally made my purchase and left with a feeling of confidence that I had gotten exactly what I was looking for! I want to say thank you Shaggy so much for all your help, I will definitely be back, and I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone that will listen to me!!!

I come here because of Chad, I used to go to the 29 Rd location before this. Chad is super knowledgeable and I've never been disappointed by any of his recommendations. I've met the owner a couple of times too and they're pretty rad too. Definitely my favorite smoke shop

All their staff is always friendly and helpful. Decent selection of products. Chantel is a rockstar, remembers my usual items, and is helpful suggesting new similar products. Never had a bad experience at this business, all their staff is awesome!
