This shop sells the WORST quality products and if you come back the EXACT same day with a receipt they will turn you away because "its a cheap torch you should have known" per there sorry as s ONLY cashier they have. I left my number over a month ago for call back and not one word since. with multiple efforts to reach back out. This company is dog and so are their products. Go up the street to smokers world or the 710 pipes both on 104th and have 100X better customer service.

WAY OVER PRICED
I was looking for a focus v carta there about $250 online and i go here and they tell me they sell the same product for $300 it was a joke not even the manufacturer sales the focus v carta for that much i later then called a different smoke shop “ 710 pipes “ they have awesome customer service and they had the focus v carta on sale for the same price i saw it online for

Changed rating from 5 to 2. The last 4 times my husband or I have gone in we are helped by a blonde woman that has no clue about coils, or juice, and can't find anything. It always takes 10-15 minutes of her looking before someone else will come help.

These guys are awesome. Keep in mind that the products they carry in stock are priced as they are due to the fact tjay not many people shop here. Great smoking and vaping tools and they do carry some Mitra products. Kinda steep on the pricing, especially the OPMS but I will continue to go to these guys.
