Over the phone I asked for a specific product, and they lied just so I would come in the store. Other then that it's cool store.

I used to enjoy buying products from here but recently none of the younger employees seem know anything about the coils or any vape products for that matter. Last time I had to literally go through the box of coils cuz the employee had no idea which ones are compatible with my tank. This last trip they sold me 2 coils that didn’t fit an broke my devices. He also told me there is a no return policy. I will not be coming back.
Edit: 11.17.21 I recently went in to give them another chance and there were definitely improvements from my last visit..An employee named Denai was very helpful and was able to offer good advice/ suggestions on which devices to get that fit my needs. They were also able to assist and take care of us when we came back a few days later with a certain issue. I appreciate the professionalism and will continue to be a customer with this type of service.

Hands down best smoke and vape shop on North Feds. Always friendly and always stocked with my brand of papers and smokes I like. If you haven't gone and signed the petition to keep Colorado from banning flavored products, please go and do so.

The fact that these folks were open late on the north end is a godsend. On top of being a godsend, they also have friendly, professional service and I got a fire deal on some juice. Definitely recommend!

Bought a brand new disposable vape from here went to my car, opened it and hit it, it did not work so I brought it back in asking for one that did. I was told “no it looks old”, it looks old? Really? I just bought it from you. Won’t be back to that place again, terrible service oh and obsoletely no Covid protocol going on here. 1/10

Drove 10 miles each way for something that the store owner assured me he had. Got there and it turns out he never knew what I was talking about.
Having worked with the general public, I empathized and politely got out of there as soon as possible. Though it left such a terrible taste in my mouth and wish I could have left one in theirs too. They seemed nice, though.

The store was a bit messy not a big selection with is ok if your in a hurry or visiting. Staff was there not very happy, I asked for bubble gum or fruity flavor , she didn't know what to say. I got 3 juices so far I like 1 you live & learn.
