The people working here are the crême de la crême of the "front line essential workers". My heroes. They don't get enough credit. Actually there's only one woman who's been there working every time I've gone. She's so fine you'll want to go every day in order to get a look at her. Buy your Puff Bars one at a time is my suggestion.

I went to this place to check it out.I was amaze by the price for glass p. Compare to most smoke shops in bayarea you can find a nice glass p for a reasonable price not no 10000 of dollars just cuz the glass was forme into some type of art.I my self was a graffity artis for years and i know art when i see it and its redicules how expensive some of the bayarea smoke shops sale there glass for.I practicality been to every smoke shop from hollister CA to sf. And this smoke shop was the only one with a fair price thank you monster rock.

I love going to monsters rock. The people there are alwayes helpful and very friendly. I've been to many of the smoke smokes but this one is the number one place. You want a great experience and friendly place it a must.

Typically good smoke shop, it has what you need unless you are looking for heady glass quality and it is usually playing metal and the only guy who I have ever seen in there is insanely chill. So... 5 stars as smoke shop go.

FRAUD ALERT!!! These scumbags will sell used and broken products as new and do nothing to remedy the situation once called out on it. ANYWHERE BUT HERE WILL BE A BETTER CHOICE!
I've come here many times over the past 10 years. Up until recently I would have recommended them to everyone. Now I will do my best to make sure everyone stays away!
I purchased a Volcano Classic from them on July 4th. Upon opening the box at home I noticed the seal was broken. I kept opening the box and turned the unit on to find it never got up to temperature.
I brought the unit back to the store on 7/8 and informed them the unit didn't work properly. They told me I should go through Storz and Bickel and take advantage of the 3 year warranty. So I took it to Storz and Bickel in Oakland for repair. After the repair tech opened the unit he discovered that the unit was used and had been dropped, breaking the thermostat. They returned the unit to me with proof that it was used.
I took the unit back to the store again on Saturday and the owner/manager had the audacity to call me a liar. He then tried to tell me that the broken, used unit wasn't the one he sold me. That I switched it out with another unit. He said to come back today and he would see what he could do. So I did. He didn't even have the balls to tell me to my face that he was going to continue ripping me off, instead he had some employee do it for him.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Employees are helpful but not very knowledgeable on products. Doesnt always have what your looking for so you may end up going somewhere else to find exactly what you need. Vapors on Hamilton may be a better choice

I bought a bong at the reccomendation of the tall, cute, black-haired metal head that practically lives there (guy better be a manager). He told me it would survive most drops because the percolators were fused to the piece or some bs.
I have dropped this thing more times than I can count, knocked it over on hardwood repeatedly and I think I just broke my nuckle on it reaching for a chip. It has no micro-cracks or anything.
I had always heard the staff was knowledgable but I wanted to add my voice to the consensus.

The best pipes in the whole South Bay. Hand picked stuff is no joke - top quality. Next tine i buy a piece it will definitely be here. Dont waste your time looking anywhere else

I purchased a Smok TFV-12 and a Snowwolf 218 from Monsters of Rock on 5/9/2017 along with two Smok filters. When I arrived at my house I received a defective Snowwolf 218 and now my Smok TFV-12 is broken. Monsters of Rock refuses to exchange or refund the money I spent.
I had to go to Monsters of Rock twice on 5/10/2017, the first time around 1:15 PM I was told by a young lady that because this is "a smoke shop and not Target" I would have to wait for the person who sold me the item to be scheduled to work or wait for another co worker who was scheduled to work that day at 2:30 PM to take a look at my clearly broken vape mod and tank because she was not experienced enough to make a decision on what was broken.
After I went the second time that day I was told that they still couldn't exchange or refund me, although the man there at the time did confirm it was a manufacturer defect and I had a receipt from my purchase the day before.
