Bought a newport torch here and it came unfilled when the guy told me it came filled. Went back to BUY butane and I told the guy if hed give me a discount because the torch was empty. He immediately said "i can't give any discounts" like come on dude. I was guna guy the butane anyway but i decided not to. The young african American guy was cool however shoutout to you man. The white bald guy was the one who wouldn't give me a discount, forget u man this is how u treat customers? Goodluck

Wish I could put 0 stars. Everything is all good until they sell you some cheap bowl piece or some dry cigarillos. Ive spent easily over $500 in this smoke shop and a few months ago my ashcatcher i bought literally just fell off my bong and they wouldnt replace it. I took the loss and kept it pushing, but then they sell me some cigarillos for a dollar more than the price on the packaging and they are stale and cracked. Dont go here.

I've been going into the store for about 2 years last week I went in there and bought a couple cigars and a bowl for a friend of mine that cost me $17 I took it to my friend five minutes later it was the wrong one so I went back to the store I asked for a refund and was rudely told no refunds I said oh okay well I was just in here 10 minutes ago you can see I didn't use it can't you make an exception absolutely not I said okay well then how about an exchange for some cigars since I buy them all the time here anyway once again I was told no exchanges either and I said you know this to be legal you need to post a sign that says this the fat girl behind the cash register points down the wall behind me to a sign that you cannot see because it's covered with buy bongs I told her that it should be behind the cash register or by the exit or the entrance and this point the skinny bald headed idiot overheard what I said and said get the f*** out of the store I said excuse me he said get the f*** out now so we exchanged a few words he then proceeds to shove me I I told him not to touch me and shoved him back and then through the little 2-inch little stem thing on the ground and turn my back and started walking out I have my right hand on the front door and a Powerade in my left hand I see this hand reaching over my shoulder with a with a can and it and now the skinny little geek is now spraying pepper spray in my face but not just a spray he uses the entire can I'm completely blinded by this but I see him rushing back to work the cash register and grabbing something I thought he was going for a gun he start trusting me again I threw my Powerade in his Direction course I can't see but I don't know what this guy was going to do I get the door half open and start going out the door and all the sudden I see his hand with a brass cylinder in it and he's punching me in the head the Palmer in his hand I was half in the door and half out now I was able to grab him by the shirt and thrown him back into the store you came rushing the door again and I slammed it right as he was getting to the door which pushed his punk ass back into the store and I was able to make my Escape only about Twenty Yards though I could not see anything I sat down on the curb and an elderly gentleman was helping me this other kid comes up with a pitbull and said why are you helping him the guy back there said I attacked the woman in the store and he was just defending her complete b******* the general and help me back to my apartment and that was the end of the evening this little mother f***** is a menace he has no control no conscience attack somebody twice his age that's been a customer for two years this boy needs to be fired I took pictures of their crappy little sign no return sign to show the DA's office that they're breaking the law not to mention when I bought the bowl the fat chicks at you put the receipt in my bag when I got home there was no receipt in there and I mention that to her also and got a s*** respond so if you need a receipt I can write one now I said well you told me you already wrote one it was in the bag now you're telling me that you know you never wrote One I'm a tax professional I can see tax evasion and money-laundering from a mile away that will be my recourse did not use these guys they're losers

Pros: excellent hookah tobacco quality and flavors, professional hookah equipment, well prepared.

Cons: cash only ($3 ATM fee), clunky furniture in lounge area, severely (close to nothing) underpowered AC, less than courteous staff.

Bottom line: DT LA isn't Istanbul, spend $25 (for 2), sit down and enjoy the view.

Very nice smoke shop/vape. Solid prices, $5.50 pack of cigarettes! Shut up! Employees are friendly and knowledgeable....and pretty. 5 stars just for that.

The dude who works here hates to be bothered when he's on his cell phone. I couldn't get any knowledgeable advice on a glass piece I needed so I went to the downtown smoke shop located further south and had no problems at all.

My go-to smoke shop for all the greatest selections in town, plus really cool and helpful staff keeping it real all the time.

I had a great experience here. GREAT personal service. Small patio to people watch. Very intimate setting. Made my LA trip a great experience.
