The customer service here is simply THE BEST over any other vape shop o have been to. Every person who works there not only works hard, but is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and is happy to take the time to explain things to me. They even offer to clean my device. Nobody else in town even comes close!

Great place for all e cigarette needs. Everyone employed here is kind, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I have been going here for also 2 years and will continue as long as we cape. There are many competitors in Tucson but OPV has the best customer service around, hands down. Clean environment and soda for customers. I recommend all friends and family

Great staff, very knowledgeable and always available to help. We met Brian the owner the other day and he has a great work ethic because he cares about his community and staff. From one business owner to the next I was really impressed and will tell strangers at the gas station to go see the staff at OPV if you want the best vaping Tucson has to offer!

These guys that work here are amazing! The customer service they provide is so refreshing. I have not been to a business that has customer service like theirs in a loonngg time. There juice is of great quality and well priced. They will fix your mod or help you find out anything you want to know about vaping. They are packed filled with information and they share it all. They have mods, juice, and parts and pieces for sale. They also have a buffet of juices that you can try, unlimited, for $1. This is my new store for anything I need regarding my ecig and juices. They will take care of you...i promise! Best vape business in town!

First time in today. Very impressed. Rich was great, knowledgeable and sweet. I bought juice and a coil. I sampled a few. He informed me of a special so I bought three, the quality is probably the best I've had and I've been vaping for 5 years. Well done!! See ya soon for more great service and juice :)

Definitely my go to and all time favorite vape shop in Tucson! Justin is the floor manager and he is always a positive and very helpful guy! Everyone at OPV is helpful and I never leave disappointed. The flavors are just as amazing as the people and the shop. Been going here the past 3 years and it has always been worth it! :)

Prices are decent...not too expensive, but also not a bargain. However, it is THE best juice on the planet. No other juice comes close, in terms of taste, complexity, quality of ingredients and quality of ejuice bottles used...great service, great environment. These guys are professionals and make the juice RIGHT!

I've been going to Old Pueblo Vapors for a few years now. The service is excellent and the staff are amazingly helpful. Manager Justin Ruiz and the rest of the staff have always answered my questions and recommended products they know will fit my wants and needs instead of simply trying to up-sell me to the latest and/or most expensive system.

Over the last several month I have gone to O.P.V. and held off on writing a review, I wanted to know that there was consistancy with the treatment and there has been! You could call them Old Pueblo but I like to refer to it as On Point ! The service is highly professional and the staff treat you as a customer that is appreciated. I highly recommend if you give your business to any type of Vapor store it be this establishment, you will not be disappointed!
