Great selection, deals and amenities. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Justin was the salesperson who helped me on my first visit. But everyone at OPV is great!

Rip off artists....will not be back coils that cost 5.99 for 5 I was charged 3.99 for 1!!!! Horrible customer service avoid at all cost. Guy had the nerve to try n tell me I was paying for convenience....right cuz being ripped off is convenient

This was my go to shop until I moved and had another one right across the street. The guys are typically very friendly and eager to help, though I did have a minor issue when purchasing a mod and they were unable to help me troubleshoot. (Pre-regulation). Would definitely shop again if I were on that side of town.

They were very rude. They did not even say I'll be right with you whatsoever. When I finally did get greated and acknowledged, come to find out they don't have any tanks that work . They told me that they're not selling most of them because they leak. What a waste of time now I have to drive to a better e-cigarette shop that actually has hardware that works! I would steer clear of this place!

I just heart this place - the only vape store I will go to in town. They let you try endless flavors & don't get annoyed, they have a rewards system that actually gets you free stuff, and I never leave there with any problems unfixed (unlike Freedom Smoke USA which I will never go to again.) Their juice selection is awesome and after inquiring into the ingredients probably safer for you than some juices other places sell (if your health is a concern!)

If you would like a better review then a 4 there are a few things that need to happen. Maybe once a week or month have a door prize. Or on a Friday do a drawing of collected #'s from the week. Makeit worth coming in at least once a week.

By far one of the better places in Tucson to get e-cigarette liquid, they make everything"in-house" so you can be assured that what you are buying is fresh and doesn't have and presurvitives that some other vape shops may have.

I've been to several vape shops in town, but this one is the best. The sales person, Mike, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. Thank you Mike. I needed a coil for my vape pen. The shop I usually go to wouldn't take the time to even look at the pen. Mike was really helpful and guess what, found the correct coil for me. I bought 5. I tried the e-juice and liked it. Bought some of that too. No more walking into the vape store I used to frequent and being treated by the peeps behind the counter like they hated I'd interrupted their personal party and resented me being there. OPV is now my destination for everything vape.

Best damn vape shop in town! Prices, juices, accessories and staff are all phenomenal! I've been to every Vape shop in town just to compare over the years. I always went back to OPV everytime. Now I never go anywhere else!
