A little disappointed right now. The shop I used to go to closed, had to find another. Went here yesterday, asked the guy behind the counter if they had anything Cherry/Pom flavored, he said no, but they had a Strawberry/Pom Flavor and sold it to me. Got home, and filled my vape today only to find out that it is menthol vape, but he didn't say anything to me when I bought it. Yes it does say it on the label, but it is very small light colored lettering that I couldn't see until I took a pic with my phone and enlarged it. Went back to the place and told him I was not happy cause it was menthol and he seemed like he really didn't care. Wasn't looking for a free bottle cause I know I had opened the other, but maybe a little off the new flavor I bought, nope. Store is nice overall and the prices are good, but be wary of what they hand you. Not sure if I will be back here.......

I usually have a great experience here, I have literally never had a complaint, every time I've gone in while Ken was working he helped me and I left extremely satisfied (with a much lighter wallet). Today 5/31/18, I went in with a friend to buy a few new things and got ignored. When your employee finally helped me he was more focused on his phone than me, then began talking to another customer. I ended up walking out and i'm not sure when i'll be back.

I love this smoke shop. I've been coming here for about a year now and the experience is always a good one. The employees are real ones. I once had the wrong downstem for a piece and they hooked me up with the right one, free of charge. I came in about a week ago to buy a vape for CBD, and I didn't know anything about vapes. I told them what I was looking for and they hooked it up with the perfect setup. Employees are always having a good time and provide excellent customer service. Chill atmosphere and they keep it 100. I would totally work here. You dem bois!

Hands down, one of the best smoke shops in Chandler. Everyone is friendly, down to earth employees. (Not full of themselves and get you out as quick as possible shop.) These guys take their time. And help you find what you need. Daniel definitely went above and beyond. Definitely worth coming here. 👍🏽💯

This is the best smoke I’ve been to, always have the most helpful employees and super cool people. Kevin and Daniel are the best at customer service, super cool and layed back. Have the nicest glass pieces and have such a wide assortment for your smoking needs. My favorite smoke shop in AZ.

Best prices I've found so far. I'm just some middle age woman trying to quit cigarettes and not typical trending vapor maker whatever is happening out there idk... I kinda felt at other places it felt the sales guys didn't wanna help me because maybe they typed me as someone not looking to spend a lot of money on hardware maybe. Not sure. But I felt like I was treated like a normal customer here and got what I needed finally after going to other closer shops. I'll just make the drive be on my way somehow in the future.
