This place is going downhill. 2/16/2023 at 8:10 the employee was under influence, he was barely able to talk. I asked him to call his manager and he called someone named 'Frank", Frank was no better than his employee, he was most probably under influence too. How are those employees hired?

My experience has not been great. Staff does not have knowledge of the products they are selling, employees joking around in the back with people that clearly don't work there while customers are waiting, and they often leave a sign on the front door saying "back in 10 minutes" without writing what time they put it in the door.
I'll drive two extra blocks to go to their competent competition.

Says open at 7am. Waited for 30 minutes and still nobody opened shop. If you say you’re open at 7 then be sure to open at 7. I watched 7 cars pull up, wait, and leave.

The service here is unmatched. I was a new customer who lives a good distance away, and the drive was so worth it. They gave my friend and I great deals and the selection of products is unbelievable. The manager and staff make you feel so welcome and literally become your friends. Great hookups, staff, and prices. If you're still debating on which shop to go to - definitely come here! Trust me, you won't regret it.

If I could give more than five stars I would. I've been coming to this smoke shop since it opened, and I even moved 30 mi away over a year ago and I still go out of my way to come to this specific location. 60+ miles. Greatest customer support I've ever seen and the shisha inventory is amazing.
