I went in and ask a employee for a vape that gave off a good amount of smoke she shows me this flat pen called suorin i hadn’t even pulled off yet and went to return it I literally had just walked out and they said they couldn’t give me my money back cause they would be loosing money keep in mind The only reason the oil was open was because the employee opened it so now I’m sitting out of a 104$ for a pen that gives little to know smoke she said what she had to to make a sale I will not be returning

There were 2 people behind the counter one was a lady who actually helped my friend with his purchase the other 1 was just too busy dancing around in his chair to the ghetto rap music that was playing way too loud and there was no inclination to turn it down. I'm not against music in a store by any means but when it is blasting to loud to talk to the clerk and all you hear is "ni#ga" over and over.... Not at all debating music or rap... But that is way past what anyone should have to be exposed to in a retail store.

I went in to buy supplies for my hookah and the girl gave me a weak torch lighter that want light the coal she suggested ..she forgot to give me my disposable tips I paid for with the supplies I bought I had to go back to get them but I showed her while I was there the torch didn’t light good an she attempted to put some fluid in it an it still didn’t torch any higher then she told me “that’s the best I can do hun” instead of her refunding my money she tried to sell me a $60 torch lighter so I was stuck with the weak torch.

Gallery Smoke in ROEBUCK (on Hwy. 11 in between 4th Ave. and Papa Johns) is the ONLY SMOKESHOP North of I-20 that I am aware of! The beaker style 14" upright I got at the 5 Pts. location ~3 years ago is still in one piece, and they always have right fitted replacement slides when I break mine.
I met the owner of the store, Brian, today. I expressed my gratitude for their determination to make the Roebuck store work, it being the only one around. I ask alot of questions, cause I wanna know. He went above and beyond, and I will continue to support Gallery Smoke.
