Super Smoke Shop on Tower Ave has always satisfied my purchasing needs! Such a broad assortment of disposable vape brands/flavors available for very reasonable prices, equally broad assortment of vape juices, they have a good wall of wrap brands including King Palms (my all-time favorite wrap!) and their incense selection is just amazing! An entire wall and a half dedicated to incense as well as 1 wall dedicated to candles. On top of so many glass cases of glass art pieces and other miscellaneous accessories/products! When I want to go to a smoke shop this is the first one I go to, I recommend it to others in the area.

I bought one of there products yesterday and when I came home after work it had leaked all over my computer desk. I called and made a complaint but the said "since you left the store. Nothing can be done about it." They sold me a faulty product and are refusing to correct the problem. I and my family and friends will no longer be shopping at your store. You are not the only store in town so I will be going to your competition.

Super nice staff, good selection, and incredibly helpful. Staff are paitent and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and the layout is nice.
One time I accidentally picked out the wrong item, but the employee was able to catch my mistake and help me choose what I wanted. Was super paitent, did not snap at me or treat me rudely, and was overall a nice and helpful guy.
Also their stuff is affordable! Great business.

Auggie and his entire team are pure gems. We drive many hours out of our home location to do business with this team based solely on the service they provide us both in the store and on the phone. They ALWAYS have what we are looking for, they constantly take the time to answer any questions about inventory and supplies over the phone prior to our making our trip to visit their store, and they go out of their way to help us the very second we walk in the door. I find myself sending more and more people to their smoke shop simply because of the service they provide. I have recommended this store without hesitation. You will not find better service or deals in the area or surrounding areas.

Loved this place great selection of cbd products and a fine array of beautiful blown glass pieces..more inventory then I have seen a head shop have in years loved it ..they had everything I was looking for. Nice ❤❤hope they will be here to stay.

Under normal circumstances I would LOVE a place like this. Great selection, great prices, and great location. The problem I encountered was with the staff: I called on the phone to ensure a certain product was in stock, to which the young kid on the phone said "absolutely, stop on through and we'll get you taken care of!"
When I arrived, he told me the product was pulled and they were no longer carrying it (nothing like driving a half hour for absolutely nothing, am I right?). To add insult to injury, he said they pulled the product the night before and wouldn't be carrying it anymore.
That would have been good information to have been given up front. Between wasting my time driving out, the lack of apology, and the all around sub-par customer service, I will definitely not ever be doing business with these folks, and I'll make sure to recommend all my friends and family to do the same.
Between this, and the reviews accusing them of CC theft, I would stay far away from this place.
Now West Duluth Smoke Shop (same owners) on the other hand are incredible! I love the owners of the company and do not blame them: I'll still do business with West Duluth. This particular location is the only gripe I have: it seems to be staffed with kids who are stoned out of their minds and are barely aware of what is happening around them. Night and day difference from West Duluth Smoke Shop. This place would probably be fine if they just cleaned house and started over with a new staff, just leave everything else as is.
