I bring my 77 year old mother here. She likes the place. They treat her well. She isn't intimidated in their atmosphere. Older folks folks tend to feel uncomfortable in these places. She's happy with the service, prices and atmosphere.

They told me to wait 10 minutes before using because it’ll be burnt if not, I wanted nearly an hour and it was still burnt. Didn’t offer a refund or exchange. 25$ for a broken vape that I should’ve known if they said other people complained..my fault, but they shouldn’t be selling bad stuff.

Nice selection of vaping supplies. For the size of the shop, they carry a LOT of variety. Reasonably priced compared to some other shops in the Wausau area. Customer service was excellent as well and I found some new favorite eliquids. Will definitely be returning soon, I think this is my new vape shop!
