Decent selection, but cheap thin glass. Shop with caution. The banger I bought broke when I heated it up. Didn't even get to use it after making a special trip. Called the store and the girl said she would call me back about the issue and she never did

The shop reflects my same feelings for the city of Prescott, short tempered and rude. All I wanted to know was how much I was going to have to spend when driving all the way to a town I dont even like, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude to me. Will not be taking the time to go by anytime soon thats for sure.

I am a frequent customer and always have a great experience! Kevin is awesome, always friendly and willing to answer questions. The store has a huge selection of products and is very clean and smells good. I always leave with a smile on my face. If you are in Prescott and need smokes, ecig items, glass, rolling tobacco and or supplies stop in! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing shop beautiful pieces. We're from Cali so we're used to top of the line stuff Puff Puff Glass wasn't even as good as here. So thank you! However. Last couple of times we went in the young lady working there was pretty unprofessional. When we would ask questions it was more than obvious she had no clue what she was doing either. She was rough like it wasn't glass that we were paying for then wrapped all of the glass pieces and metal dab stick in one thing not caring that it clinked around?.. which I've never seen before. We just let it happen because how hot and awkward it was and we had just gotten off work and had dinner in the car to.

The new location is much nicer. Super selection of products which Mo & Kevin are very knowledgeable about (mostly). All cigars were clearly priced. Love the new cigar room, BTW! The guys here are friendly, easy to talk to and they take the time help if you need it.
