Will never buy anything from these rude people ever again. Have spent hundreds of dollars here on mods over the last 8 months. Have now had 2 mods stop working for no apparent reason and when I asked for a slight discount on the THRID one i was told there wasn't anything they could do. Everytime I go into this place the employees are condescending and make me feel like an idiot for asking questions about the product they are selling. The older guy with the mustache and glasses offered absolutely zero help or insight, gave me one or two word answers to my questions, and made it very clear that he was burdened by having to help me. You need an attitude adjustment sir, I don't think you realize just how much of a jerk you're coming off as. Thanks for nothing A-Z you guys need to step it up.

**updated** Was impressed at first but had an issue with my ecig juice and I was greeted with an attitude when I explained the issue. My product was replaced and I was told that it was a one time deal (spent $32 on that bottle of juice) also it was a windy day and another customer came in and didn't close the door behind them and the guy working basically demanded I close the door so it didn't break on the concrete. What is really upsetting is I had my 7 year old daughter with me and she was quite upset with the way I was spoken to as well......
Went to the other location on Kohler and was given half off a large bottle of juice (after explaining my previous visit) the manager of the Murdoch St location also apologized for the other employees behavior. I will continue to go there for now..

Buy all my vape juices, coils, vapes, etc..., but one employee knows it all. I understand you get turned down alcohol because you're to drunk, but turning someone down because you want 50 salt nic for a Regis 100w vape is ridiculous. Telling me it's gonna hurt me. Been using 50 nic for quite sometime now and it has never hurt me. Lost my money that's for sure.

Very knowledgeable staff, great selection. If you cant find it here then you dont need it. 10/10 would recommend over any other in the area.

Best shop ive been to out of the 15 or so I have visited. I went for vape supplies and bought a tfv12 and some juice but they have a great selection for all smoking needs. prices are great (best I've seen in appleton) and quality of their house juice was great. They have a huge selection of juice and tons to sample, all the house juice I tried had great flavor and they also have a large selection of other top manufacturers. The staff was very knowledgable and friendly overall an awsome experience. Even though they are 2.5 hours from where I live this will probably be the only smoke shop I buy from as I go up there regularly anyway

They sell defective products and do not offer an exchange.

I bought a vape device for my friend, gave it to her the next day after I charged it for her, she tried it and it would not work. She took it home and tried to charge it more and it still did not work. I took it back to the store and the boy that helped me the week before, who did not give me a receipt, said too bad that they would not exchange it only offer A 10% discount on a new one. WHY WOULD I BUY A NEW ONE IF THE !ST ONE DID NOT WORK!!!

I told him they would lose my business and his answer was " Well I am sure someone is going to sell you something that isn't going to work sometimes".

Horrible customer service! He was rude and condescending.

He was helpful and patient with me. I asked lots of questions and he knew exactly what I was looking for, making it a really easy buying experience!!

Employees were rude, unprofessional, and uninformed. I stopped by to grab some replacement coils that I was assured they had on the phone. The people working first told me they wouldn't know if they had them if I didn't have one with me, they should know what they carry and what they don't. I then looked up a picture to show them, and was told they do not carry them. The whole time I was there, I did not feel like a priority nor welcome. I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere.

The people there are always helpful and so kind.
