This is the best vape shop I have ever been to. They’re patient, help you find what you’re looking for if you’re not sure. If something went wrong with the products you buy they will fix the problem. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. Even the new people that comes they have great attitudes. I highly recommend 10/10 !!

Prices scan at something different and they manually adjust it to make you pay more. Seems random as my product rang up at 10.99 last week and was sold for 10.99, bought the same product and it rang up at 10.99 and he deleted it and then manually put the price in for 22.99. When I asked about it both employees just looked at me and said they’ll look into it but said they don’t sell them for 10.99. I told them it scanned at that and that’s what I recently purchased it for and they gave me blank stares. Been going to this store and their other location for a while and they lost my business now.

The guy who tried to help me knew very little about the vape devices, vape juices... it was frustrating and I ended up buying a device online but the store was nice

The Humidor is biggest in the area. Lots of great selections. The people are friendly and helpful. Even the customers are willing to help and talk. I'm glad I found this spot after passing by it so many times. They got my business. Thank you.

Great selection. Clean well kept walk in humidor. Friendly staff. Prices are about the same as anywhere else you go for pick and choose cigar shopping so I feel like the prices are fair. It would be nice to see more description cards to make buying less hit or miss. It never fun to pay alot of money for a cigar just to find out it doesn't fit my flavor. But over all a great place. Will come back!

Fantastic staff. Definitely informative on their products, which seems like too much to ask at other places. I was actually quite happily surprised by the variety of glass that conveniently has all prices clearly labeled. Nexus will absolutely be my new stop for replacement glass to smoke tabbaco.... As well as their huge collection of different salt nicotine juice and coil replacements.
