No exchange on defective products.
Purchased 2 vape juices and 2 cartridges there. One is good the other one leaked the juice out. Tried to get the cartridge exchanged, they said no. Since they are intended for one time use. I didn’t even get to use it once. You lost a loyal customer.

This is my favorite shop in the area. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and the juice selection is amazing. I definitely recommend Sphinx to everyone. They also have a points reward card that allows buyers to get free product fairly often.
