I took my friend there for her birthday and the guy there was really helpful and knowledgeable seeing as how it was my friend's first time in the store. I gave my friend a certain amount to spend and he made sure to keep her within that amount while making sure she got everything she wanted and needed. We definitely will be going back.

Does not honor own return policy. Told me if anything was wrong with my device I could return it as long as it’s within 3 days of purchase. My device had a crack in it when I bought it and now they are saying I can’t return it. Check all items to make sure they are in working condition because they DO NOT honor there own policies. Everything Seth told me at the time of purchase was turned out to all be not true.

WOW. I've been to every vape shop in town. Seth knows what the hell is going on. Milwaukee is blessed to have this shop on the south side. Vaping 24/7 and I finally found my go to spot! So happy to have this gem!! Plus it's on the bus line! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Every time I've visited here the staff has been great, even going as far as to help me add butane to a torch zippo that I couldn't figure out. Would highly recommend, they have a vast selection of glass pieces and anything else you 4/20 related might need

Came in almost 2 weeks ago and the sales lady was knowledgeable and helped me find something I could use vape wise....I live in Texas but whenever I'm in Milwaukee I will definitely make the stop to azara!!!!

A wonderful place is an Azara!.This is like a boutique with anything for vaping anything you're need. . The owners individually customers is a super help to them to get them to make sure they try. Highly suggest to Azara Smoke N Vape!

Feel ripped off
They definitely have a wide selection of pieces but pretty expensive. I paid/was charged almost 3 times the amount for pieces here, from what I pay at another shop a few minutes away. Same products, same brands, same EVERYTHING... Azara just has outrageous prices and you cant return anything.
