Usually fun times at Kheads but, was visiting the new store for the first time and was pretty much told to leave and that they didn’t have what i was looking for even tho it was right there in front of me… dark hair girl and older gentleman. i wasn’t in my stoner clothes i was in my athlete clothes and i think they were judging or something. miss being high above state as well SOS

Bought a torch from this location YESTERDAY. Worked for maybe a couple times and wouldn’t light again. Brought it back thinking I would be given a new torch on the spot, but I was told I need to handle the inconvenience of sending it in for warranty and being short a torch for however long it takes to get there and then come back and pay for the postal. To me this defeats the purpose of buying it retail, I could’ve gotten it online for cheaper and would’ve taken half the time to get there.

That being said the staff there are not to blame for their policy. They handled the situation as best as they could. They gave me a new cheap torch for the inconvenience, but I still had to pay for it!

The staff here are great: helpful and knowledgeable... but the store as a whole didn’t cater to the customer in this instance and has made my experience a big headache.

I stopped in to pick up groomsmen cigars for a wedding. Julia offered quality and realistic recommendations for our budget and found the perfect cigar for the groom—he was very happy.

Her customer service was top-notch but even further exceeded expectations by taking a couple extra minutes to meticulously hand package our cigars and accessories beautifully in a wooden box.

First I want to say that this place is AMAZING. I don't know her name but the lady with the dreads was the one who helped my fiance and I pick out some vapes that were right for us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me 10% off because my vape was the display and the guy that checked us out gave us a silicone wax container for free. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable. Staff members were right there and ready to answer any and all questions that we had. The people here ARE the definition of true customer service and they are amazing. I suggest stopping here for all your smoking/vaping needs!👍👍

It's a great place to go. But their CBD is not maintained properly, mainly the herb. I've been a frequent window shopper and while the customer service is great, it doesn't make up for their lack of knowledge in their products. I would recommend going but keeping other shops on State Street in mind for purchasing the same products. (Especially the CBD)

These guys know their stuff. From vaporizers to water pipes you can trust that these dudes know the industry. Super friendly, cordial, and professional these guys have my business hands down. Best smoke shop in Madison or dare I say Wisconsin.

Was in here today with a friend of mine and while we were browsing, we were helped by Julia! She was a huge help and got us a great deal on numerous pieces!

I've been coming here regularly for the past year or so, I love the selection of glass and vape juice here. My favorite part though, is the lounge. Its a great place to chill and get some work done while enjoying a cigar or a new flavor of juice.

I purchased a rather expensive piece from this place that had a broken part inside the chamber, that broke the seal. I asked if I could purchase a replacement piece through them, and they informed me they did not have any in stock and that I would have to contact the company itself. I asked if it was possible to just purchase the chamber off the display model, as they were going to order me a replacement anyways, and the chamber I had was fully intact, never used, and just had a broke seal inside. Really confused on why they couldn’t work out a deal with me considering I just purchased this 48 hours earlier.

Knuckleheads has what are easily the best prices in the campus area, as well as the best range of products. The employees are friendly and will help you find what you need the moment you walk in the door. There is a designated vaping lounge and there also seems to always be a sale when I go there which are definitely some nice bonuses.
