I've been coming here for a long long time 4 my delta 8&9 needs, id say over 2 yrs now, once or twice a week, however I noticed that the juice isn't clear anymore when you first pull it out the box, when it's BRAND NEW, the juice is now a yellowish / orange color when you pull them out the box. Usually starts to happen after about 8-10 puffs. I also noticed that your counter boys running the front are also smoking the 3 CHI. Last time I was in, I had your boy, pull it out the box, after I bought it, and compare the same kind, same flavor to 2 other boxes to compare juice fill level and color. ALL 3 WERE DIFFERENT! Different amount of juice in all 3 cartridges, and 3 different shades of yellow orange color. Counter boy then tells me that the color occurs when the juice gets oxygenated, and that happens by the cart just simply sitting in the box to long ect. Now I know the oxygenation info is correct, however why when I 1st started buying them, ALL JUICE CARTRIDGES were CLEAR, like 100% CLEAR, and now they orange. Sounds like to me your counter boys using your products and then putting them back in the case. ACTUALLY I KNOW THAT THEY ARE, I have all the evidence I need. I will add tho, your counter boy did swap me out for the fuller and not so yellow juice cartridge. Either way that's called stealing, and I know your going to make this right with me or I'll just take my $ and business somewhere else, to someone who isn't going to F*** Me .Like I said, I've been coming here EVERY WEEK for like 2 + yrs spending at least $80-$120 every time I'm in there. Horrible customer service. Bought a Uni Pro portable mod, my third one. It wouldn't charge. Took it back to exchange it the next day. Manager refused to exchange it. Said there was nothing he could do.

Everyone is so knowledgeable about their vape products. They are very straightforward and can help you with any of your smoking needs to tobacco or vaping even carry you CBD products. Great cigar selection in it own walk in humidor.

This place just like everywhere else in Janesville knows nothing about a proper Humidor or selection of cigars. THEY CATER TO THE DOPERS, just like the rest of this wretched area (thanks for letting filthy Illinois infect Wisconsin). Cigar prices are also ridiculously high. AVOID.

Great staff, quick service, and very reasonable; even if you're running a minute late or a $.25 short. You're not going to get your general tobacco/CBD needs met for a better price and their rewards/discount program is a double win.

Very disappointed. I used to love this store until tonight. I came in to buy a Hyde N-Bar. I hit it once and it tasted horrible and burnt. When I told the employee he did not make it right. He literally just blew the end of it and basically suggested that since the smoke came out then it’s good. Besides that I was charged 5$ more then the other smoke shops in the area. Be careful buying stuff here because if it is defective they don’t care. Other smoke shops in the area will make it right and have way better customer service!
