Very friendly and informative, only thing I can complain about is I asked them to order a product they were out of and that said they would call in 2 weeks when it came bye they didn't and I went in a month later and they still didn't order it so they said it would in stock in a week n would call but didn't...I went back in 2 weeks later and it was in but no one contacted us to let us know.
