Love this place! Usually has really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside for me is that they don't accept returns after you leave the store. So test out your products before you leave, the cheaper product especially!

Best place to by capes and have the best vape juice. And the rewards are great. Be nice if they stocked more coils and different ones they are out of my coils almost all the time and my wife uses a different coil and same with her.

This was a great place. Over the past 6 months they rarely have inventory in stock. They offer to take your name and number to contact you when what you are wanting to purchase is back in stock but they don't call. Employees explanations are contradicting and it it seems like headquarters just doesn't care about the future of this particular location.

Woman at the counter was nice but vape juice is nearly flavorless and imo compared to others overpriced for the quantity, was talking with a friend and he said Azara's house juice ruins coils, i didnt ask why. 5 or so years ago I enjoyed their vape juice so I'm not sure what happened but I won't be a repeat customer for it as i used to be and otherwise would've been again. Bottle was also a nightmare to open, ended up pouring it into an old bottle I had bought elsewhere

I use to go here alot in 2018 and 2019 and they where awesome good people and good flavor. I was there again yesterday the lady's where freandly helped me fined a new tank for my e-pipe mod. I got 2 of there house juices and they are both almost flavorless. I got there blue cotton candy the lady said it was one of there top sellers, I also got there fruit loop flavor. All I taste is VG in my brand new tank and coil. They also did not mark the bottles thankfully I got a bigger bottle and a smaller one or I wouldn't know the difference. For these reasons I am giveing only 2 stars. Good customer service only gets you so far. I'll continue to get my juice products in thorp.

Very clean store, wonderful selection of products and the customer service is very knowledgeable and open. Rarely had a bad experience going in. Only downside is as good as the employees are, there seem to never be enough for everyone so sometimes have to wait. But worth the wait

The guy at the counter looked like he might have been blazed and was kind of slow going, but HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND THOROUGH! If your patient and want good quality service I totally recommend.
