This place has large assortment of products. I could spend the day just admiring the quality and detailing in their blown glass art, amongst many other things. Actually, I enjoyed my entire visit. The associate, Seth, is remarkable. He has great knowledge of each product and was absolutely enjoyable to have a conversation with. He always had a smile. My overall experience was 110%

Really good selection and process aren't bad either. I didn't expect much from the small outside of store but that most certainly changed when I walked in. Nice salespeople and very knowledgeable and informative and didn't rush me or give a cold shoulder like some do. I'm impressed

Went in and showed the worker the exact batteries I needed. Sold me two of them for about 30 bucks total. Got out to my car, opened them up, wrong ones. Went back wanted to exchange. Said her manager would have to do it who wasnt there. I purchased the correct batteries and was told I could leave the other 2 there and he would refund to my card when he came in later that day. Also left my phone number. Never received a voicemail regarding this and didnt ever receive a refund. Terrible customer service.
