my visites have been fine great cigar choise i go there everytime im in town .athough my last trip sunday some employee there got my card info and tryed to charge things .ive tryed to speak with the manager and enployes are giving me the runaround now wont answer the phone. too bad

Terrible customer service. Bought a down stem and it broke in the parking lot and they wouldn't replace it. They were very rude. Unfortunate because I always went there over anywhere else and spent quite a bit of money there but they've officially lost my buisness. Owner says he gave me a discount that is not true.

Literally THE best smoke shop in all of Wenatchee Valley. Unbeatable prices on all of their merchandise, and a super friendly staff that can help you with any question you have. HUGE selection of mods and a vast wall of E-juices for all the vape-nauts out there! Not to mention a plethora of glass to peruse and choose from. They have anything you need, and everything you can think of, whether you're a vape-naut, smoker, or joe-shmoe just looking for beer. Keep up the great work!!
