Recently purchased a butane torch here. When I got home it immediately was not working properly. When I clicked it on, the flame would not turn off. If I blew it out super hard, I could get it to go out. But then I could hear the butane continue to pour out. I tried to return it, but the owner wasn’t there, and his employee told me only he could make returns. I needed the torch then, so I purchased another and figured I’d just come back the next day. Well I went back today, and the owner just argues with me. Telling me that’s how they are supposed to work, even though I know it’s not because that’s dangerous and I’ve owned plenty. Anyways I did not get my money back. So I got 1 torch for the price of 2. After being treated so terribly, I will never be going back to this establishment.

Since I was too shy, I sent my friend to buy a good bong for me Saturday December 19. I had asked him to ask the salesman a lot of questions about their products. Having purchased a bong, my friend praised their salesman whose name is RAMZI. He said RAMZI spent a lot a time explaining their products to him. He added RAMZI was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with him. He was also impressed with the good selection the store had.

Prices for chew are good, so I had asked for a log which they could supply. Had asked if I could get them to order me one since it's something they carry and he told me know problem, owner comes in Monday to pick up order form. Long story short, walked in there every week for three weeks being greeted by the same guy with know log there and know care that it wasn't there. Lost me as a customer. To many other places to go.

The staff are pretty chill and experienced. They've got a lot of different pipes, hookah's, bongs, etc. There's a small fridge filled with soda and water bottles. It's kinda hidden so if you're coming here for the first time, it's best to come when there's little traffic so you can keep an eye out for the right turn

After being sold something that didn't work as promised, I returned to this shop within 5 minutes to exchange it for a functioning battery but was greeted with ANGER and HOSTILITY from the clerk OMAR. I wasn't trying to get a refund, I was just trying to exchange my purchase and HE COMPLETELY WENT NUTS. My total was $24. Since I paid with 2 $20 bills, he gave me $16 in change and because he didn't even let me get a word out he started ranting "I CAN'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY, UNTIL YOU GIVE ME $16 FIRST." Actually Omar, I didn't even wan't my money back, I wanted to buy something else but because you went CRAZY and almost attacked me across the counter all I wanted at that point was to get the hell out of there.
I can't believe you were given a job, consider anger management classes instead. That was a terrifying experience!!

This store is selling used and broken items.
I purchased an item where one of the coils were broken so it failed to light up. Along with that, the item itself was filled with oil. Rude customer support as well. Went into the store to see if it was possible to get some kind of store credit or exchanged but the sale associate claimed that we had smoked with it as well as broken it.
If you buy stuff, make sure it's new and fully working before purchasing because you might end up in the same boat as me

Worst experience of my life. Who ever was working that shift needs to be fired, 2:10 pm 7/11/18 No one else in the store and the guy helping me was not helping me being difficult for me picking out a flavor. The bottles were mixed up so I couldn’t see what’s what. I asked if he had a green flavor 3 mg and he said do you see a green here? Asked me if I had an attitude and I just walked out and he cussed at me as I walked out and threatening to call the cops?

This is a good smoke shop. Has everything you might need. Except they had no Quick fix. So i should of given them 4 stars not 5. Other than that. It's a good store, friendly employee's!😁
