Staff is helpful but items are defective. Its no wonder they don't allow returns when nothing works for very long after leaving. I got a pen that lasted maybe 3 days. A few months later i got a torch that BLEW UP IN MY HAND.

Love the prices. I paid $13.99 for a 16oz bag and my son paid $23 where he bought his in Everett. I take a bus all the way from Seattle to shop there in Everett. The customer service is excellent and the friendliest store I've ever shopped at.

I have been to this shop several times and the people here are awesome. They are willing to negotiate price and make bundle deals on glassware, they are current with their knowledge on products and are super friendly. If you want great service and reasonable prices this is your spot!

This is a great smoke shop, everything you need in one place. Always great service. They have a dividers for customers at the register. There's a large selection of pipes and lighters, vape products and much more, I think they even sell toilet paper and cereal

Ok the manager at this location should get a raise. I for sure thought he was the owner. I came in with an issue from a past purchase and not only was he actually concerned with what my problem was, he didn’t even argue (even though I was probably wrong) and instantly found a solution and even sold me on something else that I actually needed. Folks in Everett, come here first!
You will be taken care of, they are excellent, if I could I’d leave six stars.

They sell fake Puff Flow bars. Light glows white not blue, bad metal grooves around the air flow, does not have good air flow and packaging is off. Even confronted the cashier with an authentic dead one. Still didn’t get my money back, very disappointed.

This is pretty much my exclusive place to purchase my vape accessories and liquid. The staff is generally knowledgeable and if there's something a particular day and employees know they'll just ask the other one. It was in really friendly in the prices are I'd say about average. They do have a full shelf of e-liquids are discounted for like half of retail on average. I would strongly suggest the store for your Vape needs.
