There was an associate named Lisa and she was a pleasure to have! My boyfriend and I came in 12/19/21 and she was just the sweetest. She knows a lot about the products being sold which is a relief coming from someone who’s not too knowledgeable on vaping devices or dab pens. I highly recommend coming here as Lisa’s customer service is such a breath of fresh air. 😇✨

I’m here at 10:30 AM and the store is not open. Even though the store hours show they’re open at 9 AM. I would provide a rating of 1 if I didn’t know that they’re so nice when someone is actually present. Sadly, I have to go spend more money elsewhere now because they always have what I need at a lower cost than their local competitors.

JASMINE went ABOVE and BEYOND with EXTRAORDINARY superior customer service; with insightful answers to every question asked in a professional, knowledgeable, yet incredibly informative manner that absolutely delighted us. She was amazing in every aspect of the word as she handled excruciatingly difficult (albeit annoying as hell) customers with a smile, directing positive energy while staying on top of her other tasks, handling the whole situation with an inspirationally comfortable ease. We were severely impressed with her astute knowledge of every single subject inquired upon. Golden Smoke House has astonishingly low prices, spectacular customer service, and an overall atmosphere than can only be described as pleasantly wonderful. If you're debating on going to this smoke shop or not, GO IN! You will not be disappointed! And seriously, GIVE JASMINE A HUMONGOUS RAISE!!! She was so incredible that we literally left the store in a heap of smiles, and she just made our day! Thank you so much Jasmine for going above and beyond what is perfect customer service!!

They are all pretty awesome here. Have only had 1 problem with any of the staff so I just don't go while she is working. Other than that I go there very often at least 4 times a week. They have great prices, location is close and the hours are great for me, I mean open till 1am, 365 days a year is pretty sweet. Especially when they can meet all my smoking needs anytime I go there!! Yep this is my favorite smoke these days, I do not go anywhere else.

I’ve come here multiple times after 10:30am and the shop is always closed. If you don’t open at 9am, don’t put open 9am-1am

If you're near one of this chain of smoke shops it's the place to shop for all you're smoking needs. They have the best and cheapest butane around hands down. There staff is very helpful and give above and beyond customer service.

Absolutely love this smoke shop so much, I don't go anywhere else! Monica has such uplifting and personable energy, I almost want to stay in the store for hours at a time. Would recommend for any and all smoky needs!
