Valley Vape

I stopped in with my son and they had just what he needed. Well stocked with all things vape and also offering growler files on local beer. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive to the customer to help fit them up with the right gear.

I smoked cigarettes for along time. I had a health scare and was told vaping was better for me because I could wean myself off of nicotine. The guys were so helpful .I have been going there for a few years and have updated my vapes. They have a great selection of juices. If you ever have an issue with a product they will work with you. I'll never go to another vape shop. Keep up the good work Bobby, Gram and Shane.

Not only were they super helpful in educating me on the different vapes, the person that helped me then showed me how to fill, and work the vape that I chose. I left there happy for sure! I wish I would have gotten the guys name, but thank you to whoever helped me today! I'll definitely be returning!

Best vape shop in the area. Awesome service, chill dudes who are all very knowledgeable. Store is cozy, and they don't have a ton of mods to choose from, but they do offer a very refined selection. They carry a very smart selection of your mini mods, to your 200+ watt beasts. They also carry batteries, coils, and juice. They'll also do repairs if needed. You really can't beat valley vape!

This was my vape store for a year, since they had nice helpful staff and carried 95% VG juice, as I am sensitive to high PG levels. Everytime the 95% VG stock arrived, I had to hurry before they sold out of it. I drove half an hour out of my way to go specifically to Valley Vape. Then recently I was told they would no longer carry those products since "no one wanted them". I guess I'm "no one" so, it's not my vape store anymore.

Good stuff was trash! Horrible! I was in such a bad mood! And Valley vape went above and beyond to help me!! Doing extras that weren’t necessary! Good stuff in Essex was horrible and Valley vape went above and beyond to Fix Their (good stuffs) mistakes! I mean who does that?! A company with Amazing customer service!!! So amazing!!

Smallest selection of vape products I have ever seen at a smoke shop. I was not sold the correct type of batteries I needed. I spent $40 in your store the other day for no reason, basically. Enjoy my hard earned money. Also, if you're female, go somewhere else if you don't want to be mansplained to.

Great staff and okay selection but kinda feel ripped off by the fact that I bought a cali burn A2 and now looking at the prices online are $20ish, the fact I paid double plus more is kinda outrageous. Won’t be returning if that’s how they do business, I understand Vermont has a vape tax but I called other shops too and they all sell it for not nearly as much.

Nice little shop with a great selection and staff! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience in a vape store. After buying online for the better part of a year, I'd have to say that the in person advice and feedback is more of an advantage than the slightly lower prices available online; which is often made up for in shipping costs anyway. Give this place a visit and I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

Valley Vapes is the best! Graem is spectacular and it's worth stopping by just to see the new decals on his car. The manager is also great!
