Terrible service on Fri Sept 23, open sign was on an hour before actually unlocking any doors. Came back a couple hours later to find no one at the counter, only hearing a muffled conversation from a back room of some sorts which gave me no hope of anyone coming to my rescue, did go back and someone was at the counter gave me what I needed when I asked and while I opened my vape to test it said he would switch it if it was broken or not working properly 10/10 once again👍

Picked this beauty up tonight. Had a hard time picking from a wicked selection of everything and I do mean EVERYTHING. Lmao. Shout out to the new kid at the shop too!! Great service and a fantastic attitude.I have been looking for this all my life. Gonna go back ASAP!!

I went in today looking for vape juice. I purchased Chain Vapez Sour Diesel which is sold in a box of two 60ml bottles. Which is normal and usually in the $20 price range. Guy asked if I wanted both bottles....of course, that's how it is sold. I was in a hurry and realized I got charged $40 for my ejuice. Got charged double because there is 2 - 60ml bottles in the box....

There was & still is a sign on the door that says “I’ll be back in 10 minutes.” Nope. Lies. We stopped by at 7:30pm, saw the sign, ran some errands. It’s now 9:04pm? Sign is still up. There is a line of people outside. Am I in Disney World? Like where’s my fast pass at?

Love this place the owner has always been very friendly if my olman or I are looking for something and he don't already have it he gets it he has great prices huge selection on all his products and the young lady that works there she's awesome to love the new flavor she picked out

I went here because I needed a vape kit. I knew what kind to get but I didn't know about juice. He was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I've been using it for about a week now and it's perfect. I'm extremely satisfied with price and performance. The service was a 10plus because I didn't know what I needed and he did. I'm for sure going back.

I would give it 0 stars, but you have to put something!! Worst customer service ever. They always just randomly close during business hours, with a note that says be back in 10 minutes, but takes hours to come back! The boss is always on the phone and ignores you while waiting at the counter. I think these 5 star people rated the wrong business!!!

Staff was friendly enough, but the quality of product is a different story. Went in for cigars. I tend to buy the more expensive high end cigars. The humidor is simply a room without a humidifier. Cigars are dry which makes them unpleasant to smoke. Shop next to Starbucks is much better.
