Been some nice experiences at this store. Get you in and out, have some cool people working. But, they did sell me expired product and I let them know about it. The person who attended me was called a Manager over, I believe, and he didn’t offer me any solution. He didn’t try to look for anything else I could have instead, and said everything else was expired. Let me know “it should still be good” and didn’t look confident. I just expected to be taken care of, but it was like a “oh well” situation for me. Shop is very close to my house but that’s the last time I’m going back

This has been a wonderful experience. I was immediately greeted and helped by Abdul. Then Kim helped me with what I specifically needed and was looking for. She was so helpful and was really nice and patient thoroughly explaining/teaching about the product. It was nice that she was actually helpful and didn't seem annoyed at all. The customer service is fantastic. JJ was so so awesome!! 5 stars all around!

Spent over $60 here yesterday on 2 things which included an Airbar Max. It stopped working after an hour. This is the 2nd time this has happened with this brand and flavor from this store. Not sure if they don’t store them right or manufacture defect. Wouldn’t exchange or offer anything, even a discount to buy another one. Wouldn’t give me contact info for manufacturer or distributor. I know the signs say no refund or exchange once you leave but if the device stops working as soon as you walk out, not sure how that is our fault.
