There are four smoke shops in the immediate area from 1400 Middle st, City Lofts. I will never shop at any other than Paradise and Alpha Smoke shop again from now on. The one down by William & Mary charges different prices depending on the time of day, just like General Dollar stores. Mary Organic Snack and Tobacco lacks selection and knowledgeable staff. Alpha is just a few doors up from Mary on the left going towards Richmond road. I think Alpha is going to be the death of Mary. From reading the past reviews, I gather the owner's name at Paradise and Alpha is Sam. Met him today. Really nice guy that knows his stuff. One last feature of Paradise? There is a young lady that works there with strawberry blonde hair, Claire, the store manager, that I think is very customer service oriented and very pretty.

An awesome experience. I was so pleased to meet the owner as his staff have also been very friendly, attentive, caring, and product knowledgeable. . They carry a variety of products and have very convenient hours. Williamsburg is a hole as needed something like this for a very long time so I'm so pleased that it's finally here. Overall it's the best shop of its kind that I've ever been to. I highly recommend them!

Made a purchase last Sunday and the Hyde vape malfunctioned and broke 6 days later after only one charge. The owner tried to fix it and when he could not, he graciously gave me a brand new product! Now that is customer service! I truly appreciate his attention, time and pride in his business.

I brought the ming vape from here and it worked for awhile and then I had issues I brought it back and the manager was extremely helpful and helped solved the issue and even recommended me a better device that I use which is way better. Definitely a great place to come shop for all your needs in vape.
