HoV3 is the closest good vape shop to my house. And I like the selection they have. But I strongly dislike the service I am given at that location, much like tonight, with the closing girl… Regularly I go in (always for the same exact stuff) and the super skinny girl, and the shorter girl who was closing tonight, consistently grab the wrong stuff. Ill correct them, and they argue with me about a product I have been using for years. “no sorry, I need X”
“That’s what this is!” And they get snotty and disrespectful. And I usually end up leaving to drive all the way to HOV2
The guys and girls at HOV2 always grab the correct product, and if there is a misunderstanding, they are respectful and we fix the issue. I never leave HOV2 unhappy. I usually leave HOV3 unhappy.

The all female staff are arrogant, and rude. I ask for one thing and was offered something else I said no thanks and walked away. As I was leaving I heard someone say that I should take my dirty self back to Pakistan. I turned around to see some short little girl with glasses was the one that was saying it....I'll never ever shop there and I'll tell all my friends not to also
