Much of the merchandise is cracked and set a way to not be obvious immediately. Been there 3 times and immediately after noticed what I got was already cracked and all 3 timesthey broke on me that day without any abuse. Items are severely overpriced poor quality and they sell items regardless of damage.

Customer service was awful, made me feel like i was bothering them for even asking for help. The employee made a joke about wanting to vape mainly when she does cocaine, extremely unprofessional. The vape they sold me leaked all of the juice within a couple days and when i tried to refill it, she screwed it on so tight that she chipped paint off the side of the tank. Do not recommend. Go to cloud 9 or mojos.

Most of the time when I come in to mikes it's a quick stop I get what I need and I head to my next errand but I went in yesterday and was asked if I needed help, told them I was okay for a minute. They girls were all talking about how they're google reviews were bullshit and it had me curious on their reviews. I usually have pretty good service there but I don't usually buy any pieces there. I always go to Mojos. Well me and my fiancé bought a white rhino dry herb vaporizer and it doesn't even work. All the lights work but it doesn't heat up to full temp so it won't burn anything we put in it. Last time we bought a concentrate vaporizer there it broke the day we bought it. I love the vibe there most of the time and I don't think they're overpriced but I haven't had good luck with much of their vape-wear.

Limited cigar line at full retail because Utsh has stopped mail order of legal products. Mew Zealsnd wineries feel the same way. After all Brigham Young owned distilleries.

Daycare and smokes lol! They aren't the happiest bunch, but some employees are alright. They do try to help me every time I go in there in my ever ending quest to find a good candy apple vape locally. I gave 2 stars for that and the fact that the owner finally spoke this morning, I was so shocked I asked her if she was a new employee haha. If you go in there, mind the kids, and expect cheaper cigarettes. Just don't expect the best customer service.

Garbage employees, trash shop. Haven’t had a good experience yet on top of them treating you like an inconvenience. If zero stars was an option I’d pick that, save your hard earned money and just buy somewhere else.

What a joke of a smoke shop, both times I went in they didn't have any shisha. I came in for the 2nd time two weeks later and asked if they had any come in lately, this girl with glasses who's personality was worse than her eyesight looked at me me like I was an idiot for even asking. Couldnt believe how bad the service was and how a smoke shop doesn't even have shisha. Id give no stars if I could seems like the only good worker here is some girl with purple hair. Go to Jojo's and forgot this place.
