Went in for first time the prices on box mod kits (including tank) and they include the battery on new box mod kits. I paid twice that much whom said he'd return it but didn't. I was lucky to find this place. Prices great super great, and the person I dealt with was super. He was willing to work with me on another product. I would recommend this place because they care that you get what you want and will work with you on certain things. He was great, funny and backed up his products. I called him with a minor problem with liquid and he took care of me. I wish I had found this place first before buying a box mod kit from 21st smoke shop. They lied in when I bought a box mod for twice the price of vape for you. Don't look any further this place is great. They have a huge selection of everything. And are kind and understanding. I wish so much I would have found this place before 21st smoke shop. If they had more then 5 stars I'd be giving them more. Best store found in my area they're so great.

The owner of this store scammed me by lying to me about the features of what I spent over 75$ on. He constantly cries about how he’s making no profit so he overpriced everything. When I confronted him about his lie about selling the product, the people hung up the phone. Save your sanity and money and go somewhere else.

Really liked these guys. Super kind. Laid back. They also have a few things like novelty urine, which had been recently banned to ship to the state of utah. One of the very few places that carries it still. Just saying...

This is one of the worst smoke shops I’ve ever been to. Every time my spouse comes to get something it’s either burnt or the wrong item. 0 stars get better product please

I'm from Ecuador and I just moved here and I am surprise of the variety and the good of prices of e-juice. I recommend this shop and they also do punch cards that will get you free stuff. I got a deal with 2 x 60 ml and they gave a me a free one since I am new to town.

Horrible twice the price they list, nice when throwing down over $100 on a new Box MOD plus the extra coils and eliquid. But as soon as you let them know a problem very rude. Very loud in my space while my eyes are filled with tears because I've been taken sold a used smok pro color instead of the brand knew they say. Guy I dealt with so rude after getting a bunch of my money says he is the owner, but other guy nice helpful sold me menthol, gave me a free small bottle that were clearance. Called next day went in he gave me a bottle of his choosing of a better quality eliquid straight across was understanding and nice. He may also be part owner I don't know. But the one complete jerk agrees with everything you ask but isn't so. Other guy kind, friendly, great with customer relations. Hard to judge I'd give nice guy a 5 star rating but the other if went negative which it should he'd be a negative 5 but since don't have don't want even give that guy one star. Rude. Make women cry and yells in face while doing it acts like you're stupid, complete slag. So him 0 or 1 whichever have to give as lowest. $30 cheaper all same mods smok plus have all sizes juice even 24mg and buy one get one free $5.99 go south right before 33 save $30 on device , save on juice, coils, everything.

Awesome little shop. Cheaper than the big guys, always gives me good recommendations, delicious products. Also they do punch cards. I highly recommend this place. Too bad they sell fake coils.

Very cool store, have everything, with Reasonable prices, they have very good deals they hooked me up With mod, juice and batteries under 100$ where I bought the same one mod 2 weeks ago from other store for my boyfriend for 160$, the girl who helped me was nice And knowledgeable. It was my first time here, and I loved the selections offered and prices! The man who sold me my Snow Wolf was knowledable and patient. I’d recommend their juice red apple. I highly recommend this location. Thank you guys!
