I have been to this smoke shop a few times and didn't think they were too bad til this latest visit, I asked for a large bag of tobacco, and a couple boxes of tubes. I was looking at something in the store and I made my purchase and got home and found I had paid allot of money for merchandise I didn't asked for. I got a small bag of tobacco which wasn't even the brand that I asked for so basically to sum it all up I was charged for a large bag of tobacco when I got a small bag that so dry that it was impossible to roll. I had also asked for the receipt and found that it was not in the bag as well. I would suggest paying attention and be observant to what you are purchasing because you will get something you did not ask for and you'll get charged for it.☹️

I went in and bought a pen for my cartridge last night and it worked but started acting up after a couple of hours. Took it back in the next day and even after I had accidentally made it very confusing for them they apologized and replaced my item. Really appreciate their patience and kind service
