House of Hookahs Smoke Shop and Vape Shop SLC

I came in the other day just going to grab some papers, T and Justin asked me if i had tried king palms before going above and beyond providing their personal feedback and what they've heard from other customers as well. Ended up walking out with 3 different flavors. The shop had a nice ambience and i definitely plan on coming back to try the other flavors!

Will sell you broke a$$ stuff, then when you turn it in whithin the time frame like told when making the purchase... They tell you you have to go to the manufacturer... Then try to hide your recipet from you. So cool.

Angel was so helpful helping me find a glass that would work with my tank and was just overall so nice! Brandon was also extremely helpful in showing me how to add a review. I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops around the SLC area and this is my favorite one by far! They always have what I need and their always so nice and they have parking which is a huge plus in SLC. I’ll definitely be back! ☺️

Let me start by saying the owner is absolutely great! 9/10 times, this is the best smoke shop to come to. He is very knowledgable and kind. I honestly wish I could give a higher rating, but today really left a bitter taste in my mouth. The shop seems to have a new employee with no energy at all and kind of a bad attitude. He was entirely unhelpful, and I can honestly say that I might have to look elsewhere for regular service. Huge bummer, but I don't want to risk dealing with him again. I doubt anyone else would savor the experience either, so I left this review. Hope it helps!

The shop hired new folks the last couple of weeks and they’re incredibly helpful, sweet and patient. To anyone who had a bad experience here before I encourage you to give them a chance again. I always feel really dumb when I shop for stuff but the guys working here take their time and explain things out super well. 10/10 service.

Being born and raised in the Slc, everyone here knows house of hookah by name! This location has indeed been taken over by new management in the last few months and let me tell you what, dude knows his stuff. Plus he’s a really nice guy! I’ve taken to his recommendations many times and honestly can’t say I’ve been disappointed yet.

I go in there ask questions about any products and they give me personal experiences and feed back to help me choose what nicotine product would best fit me. If you haven’t came here yet I HIGHLY recommended you do so.

The manager here is amazing and cares about his clients! All the negative written about him is most likely because you had an attitude?! I’ve never ever known him too be negative! He knows me by name. And always has a great attitude! If I have any problems with your VAPE he can find what’s wrong! And he gives great advice to get the best bang for your bucks! I’ve really gotten to know the manager over the years! This is the only the vape shop I’ll go too! And sorry if you want good juices you pay for what you get! You can go cheap or pay more for a juice that not only tastes great but last for months! Believe me I know I vape all day and night!! You know one has the right to judge someone they don’t know patients is a virtue! Greatest customer service I don’t care what anyone says! The manager is so knowledgeable about all they sell!
