Prices are a little high but the service is Satisfactory. And I was given a discount which kind of made up for the higher prices they have quite a bit to choose from place is OK with me. The employee that was working was very nice and helpful.

This by far has the worst customer experience I've had in a while. I bought a mod and I asked if it didn't work could I come back to switch it out. I was told yes by the initial employee they were very nice to me. When I returned the manager was on the phone with the employee. I asked if they could switch the mod I purchased as they told me. The manager on the phone told me no. I am now stuck with a mod that doesn't work and about 20 dollars in the hole. Now I'm upset and went to the place down the street. They were much more helpful and made sure to make me feel welcome. I'm not one to complain normally but this is my exception.

Thank you to the chick that was working 2 Mondays ago for helping me to find the most suitable product for myself.
answering questions, telling me past customers experiences n opinions of products, not rushing my indecisiveness and just being nice in general. I was at the shop down the street 15 minutes prior and everything was the exact opposite which made me appreciate it that much more.
It was my first time at the shop i live on the other side of the town but would highly recommend the place over the other shops in the area to anyone for anything..

I Am New To The Area, and The first visit the ladies where super helpful when I was searching for a specific type of Vape Juice . When I went back for an actual Mod, the selection honestly was 3. But what do you do? I purchased one, and surprised at the actual size for the price . Not happy but grateful they were still open

The staff are super friendly and helpful. I enjoy the time I spent in the store and I am in there very often. I wish they would have more money available for the redeeming process but that's about the worst thing I can say about the business. Great job guys!

Very nice people. The product was okay. I got a weird vibe when the cashier told me that their policy is to take a picture of your ID (in the back room) when you spend over a certain amount. I have been to several places that have never done that before.
I don't think I will be back.

I came in there to get a couple of things the other day and the girl that was working was horrible. She completely over priced an item the had the price clearly labeled. Then when I said I wanted to look around some more, she hopped on her phone and sat down. Didn’t even try to see what I was interested in buying, didn’t bother to check on the other customers in the store.
This is such horrible service and I will never be back.
