The strip the store is in is ugly and easy to miss, but the inside nice.

I don’t vape, nor do I intend to, but they sell CBD products and have a good variety of reputable brands. They were all very welcoming and pleasant and, most importantly, knowledgeable. They knew what they were talking about and were able to make helpful recommendations without pushing or trying to up sell me.

They not only have great products in their shops, but their customer service is AMAZING; one of a kind ppl!!! No matter what day or time it is they are ALWAYS nice, personable, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable; as a customer I appreciate that!! Because I've been to many Vape shops in SLC but this is the only one I go to now, and I drive a long way just to go to there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to the the Murray location with my 4 year old son and the cashier told me he wasn't allowed in the store. So, I told the store associate or cashier to just pretend like he wasn't there. I asked the cashier if was a new state law for minors to enter a vape shop and she told me no it was just store policy. There too many horror stories of leaving your kid in the car and I was going to leave until someone in the back said don't worry about I let him stay in. So I'm mixed on my review, because I would understand if my son was a little bit older but the law states that as long as a parent or Guardian is with a minor they can be in a vaporizer store. Just my advice to the management there and maybe not make it harder for parents trying to buy products from your store.

Ive been shopping exclusively at ivape for 3 years now and flat out refuse to go to any other vape store. The people are obscenely friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Theyve taken care of nearly every problem ive had with my vape. Theyre also super good at finding coils and glass thatll fit nearly any mod if you have no clue what you have or need and can point you in the right direction otherwise. Id rate 10 if i could!

All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable without judging you if you know zero about vaping. Always willing to help you, patient with any questions, and know their stuff Great recommendations for everything from mods to batteries to juices. Best place to go by a mile.

It is wery clean, and open when you walk in. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any of your needs. But however in this crazy time caused by the virus, they lacks some of their supplies like everyone else. Only problem that I can find is that entrance to the store has tight turn out. And that could be a problem if parking space is pretty much used. Meaning you can get in ,but could have hard time to get out.
