Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a smoke shop. The owner is SO dishonest and will say anything to shove more product down your throat. I've been trying to get a hold of them and there's no answer every single time. The "discount" isn't even good. Don't even waste your time. (The owner's wife is hella sweet. If you do go I'd request to work with her)
UPDATE I went in to try to do a refund. Instead of being kind and understanding and offering to educate me on the product the owner decided it would be appropriate to get the vendor on the phone so they could both be condescending and unprofessional. I got so upset that I spewed some profanity and left. The owner then told me not to come back. NO PROBLEM, PAL
My receipt was in the bag. It was even looked at when I attempted my return.

These guys really are the best in the county! Ive been to every vape and smoke shop around and eventually they all end up being arrogant and uncaring. Yesterday LightUp really showed me they care and made me feel like i was needed. Ill never shop anywhere else!!!

This place is new...located in industrial area..very dark..need to adjust the name..glass is a stretch...very limited selection..no menthol cigs...not very knowledgeable staff..sorry but a smoke shop is supposed be a step above a gas station at least as far as selection and specialty items. Pretty sure I have been to gas stations with better selection...

Light up is LIT! The owner is super friendly! He has a great energy! Super knowledgeable and eager to help and answer any and all questions! He keeps all products in close view. A must visit for your vaping/ smoking needs just for the owners energy alone! I will definitely be coming back!

Awesome experience. Went in for the first time and they have my favorite juice which is hard to find these days. Great product variety. The gentleman who assisted me gave me a great deal on vape juice. I’ll be coming back for sure. Awesome service.
